Led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera, Vicinity offers a tasting-menu-only experience defined by personal, seasonality, hyper-locality, and modern technique. Intimate by design, the restaurant hosts just 16 guests per seating to keep the focus squarely on the experience at the table. The food at Vicinity is an expression of California through Silvera’s distinct lens, drawing inspiration from the state’s landscapes, coastlines, farms, forests, and native flora and fauna. 

The restaurant’s 13-course tasting menu ($195/pp) unfolds as a story, one that is rooted in real experiences rather than spectacle. Every course reflects a moment or point in time from Silvera’s own life: a hike, a fishing trip, a day spent touring a foreign city; each dish a memory translated to the plate through flavor and form.
